Refund Policy
Donations made to Giving Joy Donation are non-refundable. Once a donation has been processed, it cannot be refunded, unless there has been an error in processing or if required by law.
Cancellation Policy
Donors have the option to cancel their donation before it is processed. To cancel a donation, please contact us at info@giving-joy.net with your donation details. Once a donation has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
